Processing time

Each piece is created by hand, to order. Production times vary by product and are listed in each product description. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Domestic shipping (United States)

All orders ship free within the continental United States. Estimated transit time is 3-7 business days once shipped.

International shipping

We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Estimated transit time for international orders is 7-14 business days once shipped, though customs processing may extend delivery times beyond our control.

Shipping carriers

We ship via USPS and UPS depending on package size and destination. All orders include tracking.

Customs and duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority.
